Services

Boarding

The monthly boarding fee is $600. And includes large, matted, box stalls cleaned daily (up to 3 bags of bedding per week.) Water buckets are emptied and filled with fresh water daily; 6 flakes of hay are fed daily; grained 3 times daily (up to 6 quarts.); daily fly spraying in the spring and summer. Board also includes daily turnout alone or in a group and access to trails, full use of indoor and outdoor riding arenas.

Exercising

If horse owner is unable to ride, exercising services are provided upon request:

• Professional: $25 per session
• Apprentice: $15 per session

Lessons

• Private ½ hour: $35
• Semi-private ½ hour: $25
• Private 45 minutes: $60
• Semi-private 1 hour: $35
• Intro/Leadline: $35

Horse leasing

• $150 per month for 1 ride a week
• $225 per month for 2 rides a week
• $300 per month for 3 rides a week
• $400 per month for 4 rides a week
• Leasing of trainer owned horses is based on individual contract.

Additional Services
